Traditional harvesters (Mallahs) hand-collect these seeds from the muddy beds with immense skill. We roast them over low earthen flames without chemical polishing, ensuring every kernel retains its natural magnesium, calcium, and plant protein.
Authentic Bilona Churned A2 Desi Ghee
Unlike factory-refined butter oil, Lotus Gold Ghee follows the 5000-year-old Vedic Bilona process. Fresh grass-fed cow milk is cultured into whole curd overnight, which is then churned using wooden bilona rods in bidirectional motion.
The extracted makkhan is slowly simmered on wood fire to yield aromatic, golden, danedaar ghee that enriches digestion, strengthens immunity, and nourishes the brain.
